PHIM-329: Lord Cinder

A Lord of a mansion on the far edges of Hades. Many a traveler have stumbled across his abode. He welcomes them in, and after a good nights rest and some food he sends them on their way.  Any Phim attentive enough to notice the trailing chains on his legs tends to wonder: is he truly the lord of this house? And what are the strange shadows they see cast from his candle light? Despite this no Phim has gone missing under his care, so each traveler continues on, the strange mansion becoming just a previous chapter in their stories. 

Feel free to draw/write any of your Phim's in hades meeting this guy!
