What is weapon crafting?

Weapon crafting is done by fulfilling a questline for your character in order to gain advantages in battles. Crafted weapons are different from regular weapons, which are free to be given to any character without any items/quests.

You may begin your quest here

Choosing a material and frame

The material of your character's weapon may be pretty much anything! It has no effect on the weapon's performance or abilities.

The frame chosen is aesthetic as well. It can range from a sword to an ordinary object like a book!

Here are a few listed as traits to get you started

Choosing an enchantment

Unlike materials and frames, enchantments have an effect on how the weapon will work! These weapons will assist in attacks matching its enchantment type. For example:
A card has a damage type of slash. If the weapon's enchantment is that of slash, it will deal extra damage dice! If the weapon's LVL is 1, it will deal a d3 worth of extra damage. If the weapon's LVL is 2 it will deal 2d3, and if its LVL is 3, it will deal 3d3.

If the card has a damage type that does not match the weapon's, the weapon will deal no extra damage!

Adding a weapon to a character

To add a weapon to a character, please complete the weapon claim/update prompt! A mod will then update your character with the weapon and traits. Please do not try to add a weapon yourself, as it can cause issues!

Changing a weapon

To completely change a character's weapon, simply redo the initial quest submit an update prompt!

Earning XP and LVLs

XP is what you need to gain LVLs for your weapon. You can earn XP by completing any prompt and setting your reward as XP!

At 1 XP you earn the weapon LVL 1
At 8 XP you earn the weapon LVL 2
At 15 XP you earn the weapon LVL 3

To claim your LVLs, complete the LVL Claims prompt!
