the previous piece was about them exploring the forest looking for the 'monster'. they realize something is a bit fishy when nellie keeps telling them they can leave, and eventually stumble across the scene of the crime. in this piece, it's the continuation, and is about realizing they have to fight ner and being able to land an attack despite the odds but realizing it's going to take a lot more than that to take them down
